Fukushima: Effects on Japan & Global Risks Posed by Reactor #4 (Gundersen/Caldicott)

The world continues to suffer the daily and ongoing Fukushima fallout of radioactive materials into both the oceans and into the atmosphere.

Reactor #4 ran out of cooling water, pumps failed, and the pool began to heat up at 18 degree Fahrenheit per day.  This reactor has no containment whatsoever and is a huge pool of radioactive waste.
